I was trained at one of the highest rated and accredited schools in the nation. I was instructed by professors and doctors who trained and researched in such schools as Harvard, Princeton and UCLA, as well as schools and hospitals in China. I have an Associate’s Pre Engineering degree from Weber State University, Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah, Masters of Science and Masters of Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College. I am a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine, Doctor of Oriental Medicine (D.O.M) in the state of New Mexico and a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the states of Wyoming and Utah. My degree includes a Masters in Chinese Herbs and extensive training in nutrition. I am Nationally Board Certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). I am also certified in specialized techniques beyond the requirements of the NCCAOM.
My hospital rounds and clinical experiences include but are not limited to: Treatment for side effects of the following conditions: Cancer, diabetes, neuropathy, battered women, PTSD, foster children and pediatrics, HIV, MS, stroke recovery, non-healing wounds, chronic pain, chronic diseases, hepatitis, stress, gastrointestinal disorders, neurological disorders, arthritis, circulatory, hormone imbalance, soft tissue damage, ear, eye, nose, throat, surgical recovery, restless leg, sleep disorders, foot problems, auto immune diseases and much more.
